1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PackSync mobile application ("App") or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Safety Disclaimer (Important)

RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

PackSync is a communication and navigation aid. It is NOT a safety device. You acknowledge that motorcycle riding, cycling, and other group transit activities are inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for your own safety, obeying traffic laws, and maintaining awareness of your surroundings.Do not interact with the App while your vehicle is in motion. Pull over safely before adjusting settings or looking at the map for extended periods. PackSync is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from your use of the App while operating a vehicle.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged specifically for the subscription plan you selected.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other riders in your voice chat or session.
  • Stalk or track individuals without their consent (only join Packs with invited riders).
  • Engage in illegal activities or violate traffic regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts found violating these rules.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime, but PackSync relies on cellular data networks (4G/5G/LTE). We cannot guarantee the App will function in areas with poor or no reception. Location accuracy depends on your device's GPS hardware and environmental conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
